Hypothesis testing framework
After explaining the GPMelt model specification and estimation, we now introduce the hypothesis testing framework of GPMelt.
A key aspect of the TPP-TR experiments is to determine the set of differentially melting proteins, assumed to be the set of proteins directly or indirectly affected by the treatment(s). Have a look at the video to understand how differential proteins are detected using GPMelt.
